12 Days of Merriment for Families with College Kids

Holiday Tip #1: It's exam week for college kids, so you've probably already shipped off some healthy exam cram snacks and holiday-hued cranberry-pistachio biscotti. Now, give your college kid's room a quick look - put some cozy flannel sheets on the bed, tie a holiday ribbon around the teddy bear's neck or tuck some flowers in a vase to welcome her home. Stock the fridge with some favorites, and the laundry room with detergent. And find a better dumping ground - better than the front hall, anyway - for all that luggage that's about to descend on you.
