If your kid loved Apples to Apples, he's going to love this game even more. Cards Against Humanity is like an edgier, funnier more subversive Apples that asks you to answer hilarious questions or prompts - "Instead of coal, Santa now gives (blank)" - from a slew of ridiculous, hilarious and occasionally wayyy off-color answers. Santa's giving out "Oedipus complexes," folks, or "asymmetric boob jobs." The funniest answer wins the round. And by the way, those are among the least offensive answers, so it's a game best played with other college kids or 20somethings, not grandparents - or young siblings.
And if you're still madly trying to find the perfect last-minute gift, this might be perfect, because it has a Creative Commons license. That means you can download it directly from the website, print it and cut out the cards yourself. Merry indeed.
